The vast majority of Tao builds rely on fast firing weapons or weapons that can hit enemies multiple times. The reason why you want fast firing weapons is because it will help generate Swords for your primary skill. Fatal Bloom needs weapons that can hit multiple times for additional damage trigger (after 12 hits).
I'm personally kinda disappointed. I thought it'd be a melee weapon that someone like Ao Bai or Tao could use. Unfortunately, it just seems to underperform in general. It only rewards you for holding W. A and D will instantly cancel acceleration, even if W is being held. This makes it insanely difficult to dodge. And I wonder how that even functions on controllers. Do they get some horizontal ...And of course, my pick for most busted gun in the game is Porcupine. Any character in the game regardless of build (scrolls and talents) can win on R8 with a 0 inscription Porcupine as long as you roll a gemini to suit your need. The easiest one being just miasma share, but the highest dps ceiling one being combustion share.
