Well, you don't need to buy anything -- it's all OGL, you can find everything at www.d20pfsrd.com-- but I don't think that the issue is normally considered to be broken "builds", as such, so much as that spellcasters become the stars if played to be the stars (and if they're played that way, the other characters can't do so much about it).
