I've looked at all the threads on mini splits and dehumidification, dry mode, etc and understand that dehumidification works the longer the unit runs in cooling mode. However, I haven't seen any discussions of dehumidification using heat mode. We get very wet and chilly fall temperatures here, where RH will get to around 70% in a finished basement.
