Strimtom's low defenses (comparatively) is more a factor of his gear, past lives, and setup rather than a factor of being WIS based.Hey Strimtom, do you have a Paladin build that uses a bastard sword and shield?If this is a first life character, consider starting with an 18 dex so you can afford everything at level 1 still. If you don't have enough racial points, just don't put points in the halfling tree at end game. Still put points in up to level 20 for the extra healing then spec out of it or spend less in vistani at 20.Inquis is somewhat awkward to level from level 1 as most inquis builds use a mix of ranger, rogue and artificer levels. You can do shadar kai rogue 10/ranger 6/artificer 4 easily. Mantle of the icy soul lets you drop an ice storm (or any other cold aoe spell) and passively strip immunity. Freezing spray is a single target 25% damage multiplier. Henshin strikes are 10% damage multiplier. Fire version is easier since you can use flame blade spell on the way up. The Sonic Boomer Bard Build ~ Inquisitive Build for Dungeons and Dragons Online. Turns out the freeze in stormsinger doesn't effect the attack proc, so that part is useless.
