From considerable on-line research I did 2--3 yrs ago and again today, it appears the 1/2" (wheel stud) lug nuts should be torqued to 100 ft lbs, while the 14mm (wheel stud) lug nuts should be torqued to 140 ft. lbs. The oil pump assembly should be tightened down to the engine block using 18 ft-lbs. The pumps cover bolts can be installed after lubing up the oil pump gear. The oil pump cover bolts torque down to 8 ft-lbs. On the bottom end of the pump the pickup tube can be installed and torqued down to the pump using 8 ft-lbs.

Normally, from what I've seen and read, steel wheels get torqued at 90 ft.lbs. and aluminum at 100 ft.lbs and to re-torque them after 100 miles. I go slightly more and torque steel wheels at 100 ft.lbs. and aluminum at 115 ft.lbs. and I do not re-torque them after that.
