I've been grinding dreamer court games. If you get an A+ you get over 400 VC a game. I also get over 3000 badge points if I shoot mainly threes. The games are really easy. I'm doing this at 70 overall and a 70 3PT. It also takes me around 5 minutes to finish a game, so you should be able to get around 8000 VC an hour.
